How long does it take to design and launch a website?
It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, mostly depending on how complex you want your website to be.

Do I need to buy my own domain name?
You can purchase your own domain if you prefer, but we also offer domain registration services as part of our hosting packages. If you already have a domain, we will help you point it to your new website at no extra cost.

What kind of hosting do you provide?

Yes! We build our websites on the user-friendly platform WordPress. Many other website designers block you from access, not us, you can have many user accounts for your website, and give each whatever permissions you like. You can login and change wording or pricing on the website anytime you want.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes, we offer support on an hourly basis. While you can manage basic content updates yourself, we can assist with any technical updates, security monitoring, plugin updates, and priority support if you ever need design changes or run into issues. We set your site up to automatically install security updates so you don’t have to.

What happens if my website goes down?
If you are on our hosting platform, we monitor site uptime 24/7. In the rare event of an outage, we are automatically notified and will work to restore your site immediately. Routine daily backups ensure your data is always safe. You can call our number which gets forwarded to my cell phone, I work to fix any issues quickly.

Why choose us over the competition?
Our goal is to help you get the best website you can at an affordable cost. I was talking with the owner of a different website hosting place, he asked me why I charge so little for hosting. I told him the truth, hosting doesn’t cost that much, and once the website is running, there is very little maintenance to do. He said he does it differently, his monthly price is over $100 per month, because he has his technicians log into your website every month to install security updates. I instead check the box so it installs them every night instead. He doesn’t use the auto-update feature since that is his primary revenue stream. In my mind that is wrong, if a security flaw gets discovered on the 5th of the month, what if he doesn’t go and update your website until the 25th, that is 20 days where you site may get hacked, vs an auto-update feature that means it gets updated daily. That was just one website company in Boise, most are probably better than that. Maybe check your plugins to see if auto-update is enabled, just to be safe?

Website Design – New Website: $250
– This is for a new website. You can provide us with pictures, images, information about your business, and anything else you want to include.
– We can assist with a domain name purchase or configuration.

Website Cloning – Move an existing site: $250
– This will copy your existing WordPress website over to our hosting. It should be almost exactly like the old site, although certain things may need to be updated.

Cloudflare Protection – Setup and Configuration: $100
– We can assist with setting up Cloudflare. This can help protect your website in case someone tries to take it down. If a hundred people try to visit your website, no problem. If 100,000 bots try to visit it, the server can’t handle that. Cloudflare Protection makes it so that the bots get the website from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare gets it from your website only once, so no problem. It can make editing the website harder, so you may need to login to Cloudflare to temporarily disable it while making changes.
